Stir Fried Arugula

Stir fried Arugula with an Asian/Indian touch. Take about a table spoon of oil, splutter mustard seeds and red chillies; add in coarsely chopped arugula; turmeric, coriander powder and salt to taste. Serve with rice. Works like a charm, if in a hurry.
