The Sawgrass Recreation Park in Southern Florida - The Florida Everglades - have a flora and fauna unique to the area. A ride in an air boat over cat tails and saw grass is an experience of a lifetime.

The purple gallinule, also known as the "swamp hen" can be seen walking amidst the floating vegetation.
